Thermal oxidation fabrication of MEMS

We offer both dry and wet thermal oxide deposition. Wet oxide is double sided and can be used for thick layers. Dry oxide offers thinner layers and is mainly used as an insulator material in MOS-like devices.

Thermal oxide exhibits specific quality characteristics and useful properties compared to silicon dioxide deposited via other methods. It is therefore useful in applications where specific electrical or mechanical properties are required.
