Our CSO Chris Roeloffzen to receive Veder Prize
Last night LioniX International CSO Dr Chris Roeloffzen was awarded the Veder Prize for “pioneering and ongoing work in the field of microwave photonics, from idea to commercial realization of a photonic beamformer”.
The prize, awarded to Dutch scientists for exceptional contributions to radio or related sciences, recognizes eighteen years of Chris’s work at the forefront of integrated microwave photonics. It was this work which ultimately laid many of the foundations for developments in microwave photonics at LioniX International.
The prize ceremony will be webcast live today at 19.00 CET and is open to attend.
