Open Innovation Photonic ICs (OpenPICs) promotes product development and ensures that a technological edge is maintained through the use of building blocks, processes and products for applications defined by end users.
THE ROLE OF LIONIX INTERNATIONAL:
In OpenPICS LioniX International develops a DUV lithography process for our TriPleX® PIC process and we investigate which advantages the smaller feature size of this lithography process will have on some of our building blocks.
